Contextual SugarCRM Information

Yathit Browser Extension provides the possibility to check the contextual info, such as contact detail, email tracking information, and so on for an email that you open in your gmail account.

When you open an email, Yathit Browser Extension automatically looks for its corresponding record in SugarCRM based on the email address. When you click the email address in the context panel, you will see a summary of the related information that includes:

• Email Tracking Information
• Related Activities
• Open & Closed Opportunities
• Open & Closed Cases
