    Does Yathit mobile app support Apache Authentication directives?

    Yes.

    As additional security layer, security conscious web admin uses Apache build-in Authentication directives to protect CRM web pages. Authentication directives are configured in <Directory> section of the virtual host configuration (httpd.conf) file or .htaccess file in the web root directory. When AuthType Basic setting is activated on the CRM web root directory, opening the CRM portal requires username and password as shown in the following figure.

    Stuk in login

    Empty login page will be display, when you select 'Add A Sugar Account' in app drawer header menu, so that you can add new CRM URL. The login page will not go away unless you enter a valid CRM URL in the input box. If you do not have another CRM, you can return to old CRM by selecting it on the popup menu beside the input dialog box.

    How to log location?

    From the drawer menu, navigate to 'Tools' > 'Log Location' to load the Log Location page. Allow location permission if asked for the first time. It will take few second to get best location. You may interrupt the waiting by tapping on the message, in this case approximate location will shown. Move the marker by dragging if necessary to change the location.

    How to check CRM site license?

    From the drawer menu, navigate to 'Settings' > 'Sugar Settings'. In the Sugar Settings page, check Site License status.

    You may refresh the site license status by tapping on it and then select 'Refresh' on the bottom popup menu.

    Form Validation

    There doesn't seem to be any validation with the forms in yathit as the form still continues to submit even when the fields are blank. Kindly add validations in the forms during adding of data so that users will be informed if their submitting empty data. Thanks!

    Module Validations

    I have fields that are required in order to save a specific record or log calls but when I log a call or a record with empty fields I can still save it. Is there any way to still apply the validation of the required fields? and there is a module where you also need to manually assign yourself to the assigned to for the record when it should be automatically assigned to the one who created the record. Thanks!

    When I put the site URL on iPhone it works perfectly fine but on android devices it has a handshake error how can it make yathit work

    Is there any way to connect suitecrm using the https url without encountering the handshake error? it works fine on ios devices but doesn't seem to work on android. It only works if I use the local ip but that would only be accessible inside the office premises and would not be accessible outside for the use of sales agents. if there is a solution please answer this question.
