    Restore purchases

    The items you have purchased or subscribed are available when you change phone. You are entitled your purchases as long as you login with your account Google Play Store or App Store in your phone.

    However sometime, if you purchases are not available, you may manually restore purchase. To do that open App Drawer Menu to go to App Settings > Premium Features > By Product Item. In the Premium Features page, you will check your purchases. The item you have purchased are indicate with trophy. Features available to you are highlighted.

    How to correct timezone?

    Time zone is one of the difficult issue in software development. This is due to the fact that server time zone and client time zone, which depend on where your time zone now, need to adjust. The way is server always return as UTC, which time zone offset is 0. From the client size, showing local time is simply adding or subtracting local time zone offset. This is automatically handled by Yathit Mobile App and hence it works.

    Why some of the module are not show in the list?

    Due to limitation of spaces,not all accessible modules are shown in the list in app navigation drawer?

    Can we use multiple sugar instance?

    Yes, you can use multiple sugar instances in Yathit mobile app.

    You can added additional sugar instances in app drawer heading by tapping drop down arrow in your profile name label.

    Does Yathit mobile app support SugarCRM 5?

    Yathit mobile app support SugarCRM 6.5 and up or SuiteCRM 7.0 and up. Yathit mobile app support all editions (Community, Pro, etc) of SugarCRM.

    Yathit mobile app can be used with SugarCRM older version, like SugarCRM 5, but some meta data like module layout are not available and sthere are some missing REST API parameters. And hence, there will be some with module layout and unexpected error.

    Can I select language during login?

    SugarCRM REST API have language option in login method, SuiteCRM does not honor the language option. Yathit Mobile App show language selector only in SugarCRM version 7 and above. Language selector is not appear if you system does not have additional language.

    What is developer mode?

    Developer mode is for administrators or users who want to known more in-depth detail and experimental features. Developer Mode introduces additional functionality mostly are for logging, viewing raw data, preparing bug report, viewing performance statistic and enabling upcoming features.
